Less than 90 minutes This is my 2nd car purchased @ CBB and I can tell you it won't be my last. I was in and out in almost 90 minutes. Granted, I knew what car I wanted This is my 2nd car purchased @ CBB and I can tell you it won't be my last. I was in and out in almost 90 minutes. Granted, I knew what car I wanted and I was paying cash, so the transaction was unique. But the crew at CBB is awesome. They truly personify customer service and deliver an excellent product for the best price. More

Meant to Be! To think we almost didn't go to CBB that evening because it had been a long day of searching for a white E350 with tan interior (not black!). It was also dinner time and my husband was hungry, but one last stop we made and it was our final stop thanks to Frank Blackwell and the CBB Team! Frank was the first to greet us while we were outside looking at the car I went there to specifically see. Frank was definitely easy to work with and did all he could to get me into that pretty white car. Frank was very thorough, telling us everything he could about the car. Because it was getting even later, Frank worked with us into the weekend and before we knew it we were back there the following day getting my car. I honestly didn't feel exhausted like I had after other car purchases. Thanks Frank (neighbor :)! It was also great dealing with Lee, Mohamed and Val; all very helpful. Thank you everyone! More

Beware on all fronts - personnel, and the actual vehicles Have purchased more than 70 cars...many high end like German brands and have assisted hundred of people in buying over a period of decades. This includes assisting a buyer of a rare Ferrari at the Monterey Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance. My experience with Certified Benz and Beemer included: 1. Unprofessional sales rep and an equally unprofessional manager named Lee Grubbs. 2. Tactics , comments, and lies I would have expected from a "buy here - pay here" low end used care lot in the seedy part of town but quite common throughout the Phoenix area due to the lack of governance of auto/truck sales operations in Arizona. 3. Inability to keep promised on work orders call "We Owe's" in the business. 4. Stronger interest in delivering the vehicle than making the customer have a solid buying experience. 5. Willingness to look you in the eye and tell you that any repair or work they perform in their own shop is only $200 no matter how insulting this may be to people who, in some cases, are far more educated and possess considerably more experience than this dealer's personnel. Does this mean that everyone will have a bad experience and that all of their vehicles come from a chop shop in Las Vegas, Texas, or Los Angeles? Of course not...but all of their cars should be a strong representation of quality and you cannot make them appear and run right upfront...then charge more and make them right. Encountered one professional at this dealer. Rocio Woodyard. Unfortunately she lacked the authority to allow the dealership to act in a professional manner. The others: Let me put it this way. For many years I ran agri businesses in California while working at NASA and other large technology organizations. Also was an award winning sports coach and competed in the Olympics in the 1964. Thus I am qualified to offer an opinion that I have professional concerns regarding some of their staff. That also includes the owner Jack Schneider. Bottom line is that all businesses that have procedural and operational issues are the fault of ownership and top management who either do not trust people to make business decisions or are afraid to. Purchase with my daughter My daughter needed a car quickly but was very undecided about what type to get. Frank was very patient and showed her several very different options. We were able to narrow it down quickly and I think she got a great car! The dealership was so helpful in negotiating issues with registration and moving to a different state. More then a car dealership ! We were able to experience the overall contribution this dealership makes to service. They build relationships with individuals. From top to bottom we received first class treatment from everyone we came in contact with. We were stranded out of town, and at the mercy of a local service provider. Upon considering an outside opinion, we contacted Mr. Grubbs & Mr. Lombardo, who not only directed us in what steps to take, but enveloped the problem themselves. We were able to finish our trip without even a setback. Our appreciation does not say enough for how this organization went out of there way to assist. Both my wife and I will purchase our next cars from this dealership. Being in local business, we will continue to refer anyone interested in automobiles there way. Hopefully my experience was the "exception" and not the rule I was disappointed with my salesperson (Jim Beyer) who was asked to describe any imperfections with the car before it shipped. So, imagine my surprise to find a door ding and a blemish in the paint that he didn't feel was worth mentioning. They also advertised the car as having the cold weather pkg (heated seats & steering wheel). The car had neither option. Overall experience wasn't bad, just believe I got an overzealoused salesman that didn't pay attention to detail. More
