Great customer service and hassle free purchasing I have purchased a total of three vehicles from CBB. Every time has been a great no hassle experience. Our last salesmen Andrew had us through the hole purchasing process in less than one hour. After the paper work was done and we were given the keys we noticed some damage on the rear lift gate. Andrew informed us that they will repair the damage. My corvette and BMW that I purchased in the past were purfectly flawless. To "junior" who's not on the list, he is super friendly and courteous, the guy's all smiles lol. He was the one that called salesman Tony Decesare. Tony was great, friendly reassuring and knows his stuff! He answered all the questions I had even about other vehicles that I was curious about. During the process application, he made me and my wife feel at ease. Thank you Tony! So i got a reply back and guess who yup the same person that told the salesmen to tell me to claimmy windsheld on my Insurance the same day i came to pick up the car ... Not only is that REAl bad bussiness But ALSO IILegal But he said "If your insurance is out of AZ claim it it wont cost you ANYTHING.. Thankfully Jack the owner said NO we are NOT going to do that, This is also the person that had 2 of the ladys there call me on 2 differant days and try to tell me that they HAD to have my credit card to (1) pay the salesmen (Tracey) was her name and then 3 days later have another lady call me and say she could NOT close out my file because she needed my card. But PLEASE let me say that i put in a call to the owner well a email and he got back to me within 10mins. And made it clear that "THEY" (Lee) made a Bad mistake, and Now he (Lee) wants to have a PRIVATE back door under the table Conversation ? REALLY dude i DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING to say to you.... i sign a form that tell US that we have a deal we are bound to deal with this with MEDIATION AND BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT now maybe they dont think it matters but i DO " This agreement is part of our contract, so lets do whats RIGHT !!!!! More

Using their very easy search engine, I quickly found my new 2013 350E Mercedes Benz with only 7,200 miles. It is in perfect condition. Great Service, No Pressure Before looking at a dealer, we did a lot of looking online. That is how we found CBB, we found the car we wanted at a great price on their lot. When we went to visit and test drive we worked with both Floyd and Philip, because we visited and test drove cars 2 different nights after work. For us, this was a big decision and we wanted to make sure we had seen plenty of cars before we picked the one we would own for the next several years! Both Floyd and Philip were very patient with us in test driving many cars. They both knew so much about each Make and Model. We were upgrading from a car with no bells and whistles to one with so many buttons we didn't know what they were all for, but they explained each button question with ease. When it came time to buy, they offered us very fair prices for each of our trade in's. We approved the price and Mohamed did a great job helping us out with the paperwork while the team got our new car ready to go! We drove home that evening with the biggest smiles on our faces! We didn't feel ripped off or taken. This dealer is very fair, professional and customer service friendly. We thank the entire team at CBB and will definitely be returning years from now when we need another car! Thank you for the great experience and all of your patience and help! More
