Took over an hour and a half to complete an oil change! I would understand that if I was just walking in, but I had an appointment. To point out the obvious, this is unacceptable. We know your time is valuable and try to get our customers in and out as quickly as possible. Our service appointments are performed by factory trained technicians using OEM products, which help maintain performance and reliability. They include the oil change as well as a multi-point inspection of the vehicle. This does take longer than “express” type locations, but provides added peace of mind. To stay updated here after buying 18 trucks in a year here the GM Phil Skid is refusing to sell me trucks. I am not trading in a vehicle or haggling their price. I ordered 5 trucks and have waited 4 mo here the GM Phil Skid is refusing to sell me trucks. I am not trading in a vehicle or haggling their price. I ordered 5 trucks and have waited 4 months on them. I posted a very accurate review and now Phil Skid has “fired” me as a customer. If you don’t want the world knowing what you do, change what you do. I’m now buying trucks out of state and am being better treated. I highly recommend you go elsewhere. These guys are a joke More
