No follow up. No return call or email. I went to WBS to have two recalls completed. My hill start assist light came on after having it serviced at WBS driving the car just one hour after p I went to WBS to have two recalls completed. My hill start assist light came on after having it serviced at WBS driving the car just one hour after picking it up. So essentially my car would just come to a complete stop and was not drivable, after being serviced for the exact recall in which it was there for! I am not happy. More

The opposite of a usual car repair experience! My driver side mirror was hit and a piece broken off — I expected to need a new part housing the mirror. I expected a costly repair and the cost was dramatically lower - no new parts needed, just reassembly. I love my Subaru! More

They lost my business Scott did not tell us all of our options, when we asked about the costco program he said to call Costco about that. Found out later that we should of Scott did not tell us all of our options, when we asked about the costco program he said to call Costco about that. Found out later that we should of been show a different price list. Not sure who I talked to in the parts department, he was very rude and unprofessional. More
