First, Scott Nannini gave me a quote by email in a timely manner as I requested. He gave me a fair quote comparing with others and when I came, he greeted me right away then asked James McGaha to help me because he was with a customer. James came with a big smile and he was very pleasant from the beginning to the end of my purchase of a new Corolla. Naturally, I had to bargain here and there but he was straightforward with me, no hidden games. I liked that. My had a totally different experience this time. James was persuasive, of course, but I didn't feel any pressure like I had before. The paperwork was done by Lee Saeteune. I was surprised at his professional handling and the new technology nowadays. So convenient and best of all, everything was on the table serving as a monitor screen. Wow! Like James, Lee was very helpful and the whole process was a breeze. I love it. Finally, James greeted me again to deliver the car. Very pleasantly, indeed. Courteous, helpful and honest I was shopping for a 2016 Prius using 3 sources, i.e., the Costco Car Buyers Service (Magnussen Toyota in Auburn), an auto broker and Elk Grove Toyota I was shopping for a 2016 Prius using 3 sources, i.e., the Costco Car Buyers Service (Magnussen Toyota in Auburn), an auto broker and Elk Grove Toyota (Adam Niazi). Despite the offer of $500 under dealer invoice from Magnussen, I decided to go with Elk Grove (Adam) even though the price I was able to negotiate was $250 more than the Costco deal (still it WAS $250 under dealer invoice!!!). The reason? I just felt more comfortable that Adam would live up to his trade-in offer on my 2012 Prius and that there would be no "tricks" to up the price of my new 2016 Prius. And I was right!!! I picked up my new 2016 (red w/black interior) Prius Two Eco last Friday night (they'd procured it from a Chico dealership for me) on Friday night. The process took about 2 hours, but I was kept apprised of what was going on by Adam as the process unfolded. They contacted my credit bureau to activate the loan and handled all of the DMV paperwork on their purchase of my 2012 Prius, all for a reasonable fee. Basically, Elk Grove Toyota in general, and Adam Niazi, specifically, have proved to me that all of the tales of trickery and deceit that we hear about auto dealers are, in this case, totally unfounded. I would highly recommend Elk Grove Toyota and Adam Niazi to anyone planning to purchase a new Toyota or Scion vehicle. More

Without a doubt, my experience purchasing a new 2015 Toyota Rav4 from Elk Grove Toyota has been the best. Sales representative Sara Garcia promptly replied to my initial internet inquiry, checked inventory, and found the vehicle I wanted. The price was the lowest of numerous dealers in northern California. The finance officer offered a lower interest rate than either of my banks or credit union (having "stellar" credit helped). Steve, the sales manager, cordially greeted my wife and me. Hayden Willis, made sure that the car was detailed, gas tank was filled, and floor mats installed before giving us the keys. He also took the time to show us how to use Bluetooth and uploaded the information of our 3 phones into the system. All staff were very professional and seemed to sincerely appreciate our business. Although there is a Toyota dealership closer to him, I will drive to Elk Grove Toyota when it's time to service my new Rav4. Thank you, Elk Grove Toyota-Scion. More

They were even able to do a credit check online to help save time at the dealership. Although the exact vehicle I wanted was already pulled aside and the credit check was done, it still took a 2 hours to drive off the lot though. It was a busy weekend though so I guess I should give them some leeway on that. All in all, an easy, friendly process and I am now a proud owner of a Toyota from Elk Grove Toyota. More
