Great Experience! We had another car that was pretty new that was in a lease. I just showed up to sit in a new Camry to see how I liked it. There were a few salesmen We had another car that was pretty new that was in a lease. I just showed up to sit in a new Camry to see how I liked it. There were a few salesmen outside when I pulled up. One met me at the car and helped me. I said all I wanted was to sit in a Camry and get a brochure on a Camry. Then we started talking about my current car. I told Johnathan "Hutch" Hutchison that I was in a current lease and I didn't want to waste his time. He said no problem do you want to see if I can get you into a 2017 Camry. I again said that I didn't want to waste his time but we proceeded. I called to get the payoff on my current lease and they all took my word for it that it was the correct amount. I think they could tell that I don't lie and that I don't like liars either. So, we haggled a little bit back and forth on price but there was never any pressure to buy a new Camry. I've had too many different vehicles to even remember. I have bought many different brands at many different dealerships. This was a very pleasant experience as far as my stress level because I always stress out at dealerships. I guess it's just how I am but I think many people do. At Elk Grove Toyota I wasn't stressed. I already had a nice car but I like the Camry more. Now I'm driving a new 2017 Camry SE that I really like. They paid off my lease and made me a deal that I couldn't refuse. The car I had was two years old and a similar priced car. When I called my insurance company because of all of the safety features on the Camry, my monthly payment only raised by $1.96. Thank you very much "Hutch", Jay Chhim as a Sales Manager and Lee Saeteune as the finance guy. Everybody at this dealership bent over backwards for me. Everybody that I ran into was genuinely nice and helpful at every turn. Thanks again and I'll try to send some friends and family to Elk Grove Toyota in Elk Grove, CA. I never left EG Toyota because they had what I wanted at the right price. I met Pete Johnson who gave me a quote way under dealer's invoice. He clearly explained the cost of each upgrade and how much of a discount we were getting. He was not high-pressure and let us make our own decision. We also worked with Lee in Finance and he was also low-pressure on any upgrades. In fact we went back and while Lee was not in, we worked with Jay who got the upgrade we wanted at a great discount also. It was such a good experience that we plan to do all our maintenance, etc. with their service department and expect their good performance also. More

We came to a deal and throughout the waiting period to complete the paperwork, he checked in, explained and showed the services available for future visits, and answered our questions. Lee from Fiance was professional in explaining protection plan options to us. Annie from Customer Relation was courteous, helpful and thorough in explaining all of the features of the new car to me before I drove off.
