Our experience at Sun Toyota was excellent! But it did NOT begin that way. The salesman initially assigned to us, (Barry Lyman), was inconsiderate, impatient and frustrated, and seemed to fin But it did NOT begin that way. The salesman initially assigned to us, (Barry Lyman), was inconsiderate, impatient and frustrated, and seemed to find us unimportant and difficult. He was also uninformed and seemed to make-up answers to questions we posed that he did not know how to answer. Barry was finally insulting enough to us that we were prepared to depart the dealership with a very bad taste in our mouths indeed. Then Lee Sawicki intervened. Lee immediately lightened the mood and let us know that we were valued and that earning our business was his number one concern. Lee looked in our eyes, listened to us, heard us and responded in ways that told us he cared about our needs and wanted to do everything he could to assist us. Lee’s many years of experience in sales and with Toyota has taught him how customers should be treated. I can’t think of a single thing more that Lee could have done to help us. He is knowledgeable, accommodating, attentive, cordial, and polite. With no reservations we highly recommend Lee Sawicki. Lee also assigned Mike Devito to assist us and he too was pleasant and helpful in every way. More

Incredibly negative experience, I brought a used vehicle that I was in the process of purchasing from a private party here to have a pre-purchase inspection done. I think they did a reasonable job on that, that I was in the process of purchasing from a private party here to have a pre-purchase inspection done. I think they did a reasonable job on that, however they used the opportunity to offer the seller more than he had agreed to sell it to me for. Seller and I had an agreement. Sun Toyota stepped in and took the deal from me. Mike Devito specifically called the vehicle owner to see if they could steal the deal. Well, they did and I'll never again use, or recommend Sun Toyota. If they are pulling that kind of shady behavior, why would anyone use them for any sort of business? This is why car dealers get a bad name. Jerks. Thanks for stealing my deal that I brought to your attention Mike Devito! Shady AF. More
