I am 55 years old and have bought 20 vehicles in my lifetime, most of them new cars. Things have changed over the years and this was the first time I did most of the negotiating over the phone, through the internet and by text. From my initial conversation with Lee Sawicki, negotiating price with Sales manager Trey, finalizing the paperwork with Joe to driving away with my new 2020 ORP 4Runner every step was comfortable, professional and left me with a good feeling about the process. All ten new I would purchase a new Avalon in December but only seven wanted to start a dialog with me on my process. By the end of November, only three were trying to get my business and Sun was one of the three. My dad was a car dealer for over 30 years and his success was based on repeat business. Two of the three dealerships left standing wanted to move inventory off there a lot and have me settle for less than I was asking for. I only know your dealership through one man Lee Sawicki, he made the sale for you. Lee went out and found cars I was looking to purchase. I told everyone the magic amount off MSRP that would make the deal fly and he found a very slick way of getting there ( you have a good employee here). TEARS OF JOY!!!! In desperate need of a new vehicle I was referred by a family friend to contact Lee Sawicki at Sun Toyota. Having poor credit, a worn out 12-year-old In desperate need of a new vehicle I was referred by a family friend to contact Lee Sawicki at Sun Toyota. Having poor credit, a worn out 12-year-old car for a trade-in and no money for a down payment I was very pessimistic. Mr Sawicki told me not to worry about a thing during our first call and said it would be his pleasure to get me into a new vehicle. I honestly did not believe he could. Lee has completely changed my perspective on how I look at “salesman”. This man made no promises that he did not keep and well exceeded my expectations. With literally no pressure from Lee and minimal effort on my end, I was handed keys to my new car the next day.
