Lee Sawicki is awesome! Lee wasn't pushy like a lot of sales people. He showed us many vehicles because we weren't sure what we were looking for. He had a fleet of vehicles (trucks & SUVs) to put back once we made a decision. Saying Lee went above and beyond just isn't enough. If you're looking for a vehicle come out to Sun Toyota. They have a large selection of new Toyota's as well as used. You'll be happy you did. While you're there you'll probably meet Paul, the GM equally as nice and helpful as Lee. Best dealer experience thus far! Simply put; Amazing experience with the best customer service we've ever received from any dealer/sales rep thus far. Thank you to Tray, Ferris, Willy, and last but most important would be Mr. Lee our sales professional. He deserves recognition for being a true "gem" in a sea of bad dealer experiences and sales nightmares. We had just spent the past 3-4 days going to almost every local Ford dealer getting terrible service, bad service, and half-way decent service. So needless to say we were at our wits end and over the buying experience by this point. BUT it was all turned around when we met Mr. Lee, who was the best sales professional that I have ever encountered. People buy from people and he connected with us on a human level with being genuine, thoughtful, extremely helpful, and down to earth. Along with this my wife and I had our 2 children with us during the hours of searching and being at the dealership and Mr. Lee handled it as if they were family as well to him. I will tell everyone I know to go to Sun Toyota as it's near impossible these days to go to any dealer in the U.S. and get even near this type of buying experience. This is how sales is done the correct way. Treat people like family and right, now you have not only a lifetime Sun Toyota/Toyota client but multiples more that I will now tell and have them go there to purchase/lease/service.
