The Sun Toyota sales person involved in all three purchases were both honest, straight-forward and willing to make sure I was as happy with the transaction. My only concern was obtaining what I thought was a reasonable and fair value for my trade-in vehicle; in the end, after a little persuasive discussion, I received a fair offer and the deal was made.
