I just purchased a new Honda CRV from Leigh Quackenbush. I needed assistance in making a decision to purchase a Subaru Forrester (which I have driven for years), Honda CRV or a Mazda. I visited several dealerships over several months and met with some very colorful personalities during the journey. From the start to the finish of my purchasing the new Honda CRV, Leigh was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He offered assurance and advice without being condescending or pressuring me to purchase. When I made the final decision to purchase, he made the entire process effortless and time efficient combined with a genuine care and concern regarding my questions. I picked up my New Accord yesterday from Dick Ide Honda! I love it. The experience was easy. I shopped around... and Dick Ide was by far the best. They weren't pushy, got me all the info I wanted, and wh I love it. The experience was easy. I shopped around... and Dick Ide was by far the best. I had not purchased a new car since 2002, and have never purchased a new car on my own. So needless to say I was extremely nervous about the whole process. Leigh Quackenbush was not only super nice but h purchased a new car on my own. So needless to say I was extremely nervous about the whole process. Leigh Quackenbush was not only super nice but helped to make my experience as stress free as possible and really shared in my excitement with the purchase of my new vehicle. I LOVE my new CRV and have recommended Dick Ide to many of my friends. Even though I plan on enjoying my vehicle for many years to come, when the time does comes to buy a new vehicle once again I will definetly come back to Dick Ide and will hopefully be able to work with Leigh Quackenbush.
