Brad from IDE was quick to respond to set up an appointment. Leigh was pleasant, provided me with pricing for both a ‘24 CRV EX & Hybrid Sport and had my 2016 Subaru Forester assessed. The outcome was the price of the Hondas we’re $1000 over the MSRP and the trade-in value was $4,000 less than Honda’s online estimated value (assuming the vehicle was in average condition). When I questioned the $5000 difference between Honda’s base price & trade-in value compared to Ide’s, Leigh disputed Honda’s written $12,660 estimated Trade-in allowance. I experienced similar negative sales experiences with Garber, Fox & Lia Honda. So I returned to VanBortel Subaru to buy my 5th Subaru and received another exceptional sales experience from Vince Bovenzi with a very fair trade-in value and discount off the MRSP. More

After having an unfortunate experience with a competitive company, I visited Ide Honda and met Leigh Quackenbush. I was amazed at how easy it was working with Honda and drove away in my first leased Accord. company, I visited Ide Honda and met Leigh Quackenbush. I was amazed at how easy it was working with Honda and drove away in my first leased Accord. When I returned at lease end, Leigh put me in a second Accord which I absolutely loved. Toward the end of the second Accord lease, I fell in love with the CR-V and Leigh worked a deal with me that I couldn't turn down. After 2.5 years, I found the CR-V was the most comfortable, practical auto I have ever driven. I recently took the keys for my second CR-V and left the dealership thinking I had died and gone to heaven. I can't say enough for Honda and Leigh. The integrity and professionalism are second to none. I only have one auto dealership and one sales Rep. that I will ever work with More

Leigh was there for me back in 2006 as a much needed and fantastic guide for purchasing my very first new car! The process, which had initially been so intimidating to me as a first time buyer, was made inc fantastic guide for purchasing my very first new car! I can say that the most impressive thing about Leigh was how much he continued to show his care and appreciation for me EVERY time I would come in to the dealership for regular car maintenance, he would go out of his way to stop over and see me in the waiting area, checking in to see how things were going. That meant a lot to me, and as the years went by and it became clearer that I was soon going to need to buy another vehicle, I told Leigh that all I wanted was another Honda and he was the only person I wanted to buy from! I bought my second Honda Civic from Leigh this past March, and just like the first time, I was incredibly impressed by how smooth and easy he made the whole process.
