Went into Eastcheater after getting told at the dealer next door that we would never get approved, and picked the car we wanted and figured that we wouldn’t get approved i after getting told at the dealer next door that we would never get approved, and picked the car we wanted and figured that we wouldn’t get approved if we couldn’t at the other dealer! So we gave it a shot and the manager worked with the finance company and got us approved! We had driven 2 hours to get there and would never buy a car anywhere but here ever again! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Charged you wife a $2000 dollar service fee on the purchase of a used car! Car broke down 5 minutes after she left dealership and they wouldn’t even tow the vehicle; and on top of t service fee on the purchase of a used car! The sales department needs a lot of work, would not return to buy another car from this dealership as the my sales associate was unprofessional as was the sales manger Lemar. Was told by Lemar that ca return to buy another car from this dealership as the my sales associate was unprofessional as was the sales manger Lemar. Was told by Lemar that car was ready to go. Got to the dealership and waited an additional 2 hours for DMV to clear, when they just could have told me to wait to come in. Also found 3 defects in the car, if the service manager checked over the whole car, how were there holes in the floor mats, an entire row of lights out in the back and 3 nails in the tire?? On the upside the service team is AMAZING! Mr. Day and Melissa made what started as a horrible experince with the sales team, a much more pleasant experince. What the sales team couldn't get done in a week took the service team a few hours to correct. HUGE shout out to the service department and thank you! As for the sales team, don't be so quick to make a sale, make sure you are on point and telling the truth BEFORE you sell someone a car. More

I purchased an Alfa Romero Stelvio and got 2 keys, one does not work and they are aware of it. They should make sure all the keys are in working condition before selling, now I have to go through the hass does not work and they are aware of it.
