We came back from vacation in South Florida, came home and drove to the dealership to see what we could do. We were introduced to Lena Williams who is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. We walked in with a mission and a plan to execute it. We presented it to Lena and she made it happen. No haggling. No pressure. Just a smooth and easy transaction. Lena went above and beyond to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. I went into the dealership with low expectations thinking the sales person (not knowing who we were going to get) may not know everything about the vehicle (we bought a used Nissan Titan), but she had an answer to every question we had. She was very knowledgeable about every single aspect of the truck. She told us about this truck like she has been working for Nissan for the last 20 years. We were very impressed with her knowledge of the truck. She didn’t try to up sell us to a new vehicle instead of a used one, she did everything she could to make our experience the best. Jenkins Nissan has a great salesperson there. When we went to finance, which everyone always dreads, Shaun made this process smooth as well. He didn’t pressure us into any unwanted or unneeded optional equipment or warranties. We highly recommend Jenkins Nissan and Lena Williams. More
