Mediocrity is alive and well in Glendale Bait and switch is their primary tactic. It doesn't stop there. The finance guy is at it too. He thought he could pull a fast one on me by giving me a complimentary oil change package, worth $330. Then he proceeded to attempt to mislead me with the financing paperwork to make it look like I had the free oil changes when in actual fact he had included them in the financing totals. But he wasn't as quick as I was and I called him out when I noticed his calculations didn't make sense. Read everything they give you. Check every calculation. They're dishonest at best and are trying to rip you off at every turn.. More
