Probably not the cheapest they've sold that car for, but from what I've read on TrueCar and Consumer Reports, I got a fair value for my money. Tim was really cool and great to talk with. The GM, Lennie Roman, was very nice. The key for me was that they promised me a couple small things like cargo hooks in the trunk, wheel locks, and splash guards, but I forgot to get all but the hooks in writing. When I brought the car home at night, I realized I didn't have any of those promised items, not to mention the car was not properly washed and detailed. Luckily, Tim gave me his cell and let me text him if there were any problems. I did so, and he was super helpful. I brought the car back and got everything that was promised to me, and Lennie even through in a trunk mat. I was highly impressed that they kept their word, and I hope they know that goes a long way. Instead of things getting ugly, things ended with handshakes and some thank you beers. That's the way you do business. More
