Thorough, competent and friendly I found myself with the day off last Friday, so I called my Dick Norris to see if I could possibly come in for a oil change. They got me right in. The I found myself with the day off last Friday, so I called my Dick Norris to see if I could possibly come in for a oil change. They got me right in. The mechanic noticed one of my tires had a bubble and the tread was starting to separate. I have tire insurance but couldn’t remember with who and nothing was written in my file. Lenny took the time to call around and find my policy. I like the fact that they explain what’s going on and don’t pressure you into anything. Nice and very friendly. More
