Always A Good Experience I have used this dealership numerous times over the years to service my vehicles. I think they have actually gotten better over time. Making an appointment is always a breeze and the staff are consistently friendly and professional to deal with. There is a very nice lounge to wait in, with complimentary beverages, even an ice cream fountain! I believe their service fees are quite competitive, and they are located close to my home. More

Great customer service and well run service department My truck wouldn't start one morning. After getting it jumped, I brought it straight in to the service department where they installed a new battery. S My truck wouldn't start one morning. After getting it jumped, I brought it straight in to the service department where they installed a new battery. Since it was still under warranty they did the necessary checks and I was back in my truck in a little over an hour and my truck is running perfect. More

Excellent customer service with a smile!!! Service Department at Dick Norris has always been exemplary and this last visit was no exception. My windshield wiper blade was rubbing and causing Service Department at Dick Norris has always been exemplary and this last visit was no exception. My windshield wiper blade was rubbing and causing noise. Nate said it had to be replaced. This vehicle is 2017 so I was delighted that it was replaced with a new one since we have been having very wet weather for the last two weeks. Thank you Service Department and Nate. Well done. More
