Repair was done while I waited, treated wirh ice cream. "No charge" per the service writer. I commented about how wonderful I felt about the dealeeship. His respinse: we think so too! THAT said it all!! More

Fix a flat tire patch I had a screw in my tire that I wanted to have patched, the Dick Noris down 19 in Pinellas Park had quoted me $20 but the one in Palm Harbor was quot I had a screw in my tire that I wanted to have patched, the Dick Noris down 19 in Pinellas Park had quoted me $20 but the one in Palm Harbor was quoting $32 and just had to get that straightened up By making a phone call, not sure why there is a price difference but I guessed jokingly that it was because people in Palm Harbor have more money to spend ...After the call was made We were good to go, although I was mildly annoyed the call had to be made because I am a very honest person but I realize the service person didn’t know that, so I am over it, 😂 More

Dick Norris Buick - Acadia Car Maintenance I purchased my 2014 GMC Acadia from your dealership about 3 months ago. I brought the vehicle in for and oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint in I purchased my 2014 GMC Acadia from your dealership about 3 months ago. I brought the vehicle in for and oil change, tire rotation, and multipoint inspection. Also was losing air in one of my tires. Everyone I dealt with was very professional and provided me with all the information I needed to make sound decisions on any repairs and maintenance required. The dealership also has a very comfortable waiting area which I used during my visit. In the past I have stayed away from dealerships because I didn't trust them. So far I am very happy with Dick Norris Buick. I had a great buying experience and now an excellent service visit. Thank You. More
