The dealer closer to my house is always boo I scheduled an online service appointment and left 2 messages for Lenny Demarco No RETURN call whatsoever! The dealer closer to my house is always booked way in advance this is why I select dick Norris, where I purchased my vehicle. After this I definitely will not return there or send anyone there way. It's a shame- I had a great car buying experience there but when someone chooses to ignore both of my phone calls that's just rude and incosiderate. More

car service I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation last Monday. I had an appointent for 9:30, but was there at 9:20 a.m.. While there, they discov I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation last Monday. I had an appointent for 9:30, but was there at 9:20 a.m.. While there, they discovered that the crankcase seal was starting to leak. It was changed and was under warranty. They also did a power steering flush and throttle body cleaning. While I know all of this takes time, I was there waiting for my car for over four hours. I feel I should have been offered a ride home or given a loner car if I was going to have to wait that long. This same scenario has happened in the past where I have been kept waiting for a long time. More
