service guy I was told when I bought my truck I had 4 oil changes when I brought it in last week I was charged for my oil change. The dealer closer to my house is always booked way in advance this is why I select dick Norris, where I purchased my vehicle. After this I definitely will not return there or send anyone there way. It's a shame- I had a great car buying experience there but when someone chooses to ignore both of my phone calls that's just rude and incosiderate. More
