The only complaint I had was that I specifically scheduled a 7:00AM appointment for an oil change in hopes to be done around 8:30. However, there was a seat belt recall so it did take a little longer. As I am new to the area, I am not sure but having spent $100 for oil, and tire rotations I would think running the car through the car wash would be provided. More

Service was good. My tires were rotated but not balanced. Wasn't told until I picked the car up they needed it. Tire pressure should have been checked but wasn't. Now that the car is out of warranty needs other pm done to the tune of over 600.00. One of these services was done supposedly less than a year ago. The vehicle still has a surge problem. This was supposedly fixed when it happened right after purchase and the car stopped on Tampa road in traffic and I almost was in a terrible accident. Now this needs to be checked again at my cost. I will trade in the car first. I think this is the reason the car was traded with low miles when I purchased it. Seems to be an on going problem. The buying experience with joe c was second to none but the service department not so much. I am sorry for being so candid but I don't have a lot of money and I have seen that you cater to those that do. This might not be the right dealership for me. The car has less than 56000 miles. Lenny has been good to work with but four months ago told me his service person said the car needed brakes. Then they didn't and it makes me a little uncomfortable that I was told this when it wasn't true. Or do they and I am driving it anyway? Are we waiting until the rotars go too? Hopefully not. More

As ever , service reapirs at delaerships always too costly Back in November 2015 I paid $227.00 to have an external horn fitted above the steering column as it was too costly to remove airbag and horn pad, jus Back in November 2015 I paid $227.00 to have an external horn fitted above the steering column as it was too costly to remove airbag and horn pad, just 9 months later the horn stopped working and I had to pay another $100 to have the horn relay repaired , not happy that this work was not covered under the 12,000 mile warranty , I was told it was a different problem but seems to me the original work was not completed with thorough diagnosis or attention to detail More

2005 Lacrosse in for a recall. As always, my experience was as expected. Professional, courteous and efficient staff. I have been a customer since 2000, would not go anywhere else. Have told many people about the good service , that I have always received from this dealership and Dick Norris himself, over the years This visit was for a recall, therefore no charge! From the moment I arrived at Service, I was met by a courteous and professional check-in employee. I was advised, by Lenny, that the work needed would not be long if I would like to wait. Went into waiting area, had coffee and before I finished, Lenny came in to let me know that the work had been completed. Just as Lenny had told me. Then checked out at the cashiers desk. Glad to see Rita back. She used to be my service adviser. She always looked after me well. More
