My new to me 2015 Yukon XL needed struts, the all weather mats installed and a new left tail light in addition to the 2 new keys I was owed from the purchase. I was able to drop it off first thing and pick mats installed and a new left tail light in addition to the 2 new keys I was owed from the purchase. I was able to drop it off first thing and pick it up the next day. I was offered (but did not need) a drop off within the area. It was a quick and easy event and the service went as scheduled. The only issue I saw was the all-weather mats didn't have the little clips quite right. To be fair I have not brought it up to the dealer as I have needed the vehicle since I had the service performed. Thank you to Lenny for being a very easy going and easy to work with Service Advisor. After waiting about 3 hours for a 97,500 service the service team informed me I needed rear brake pads and a brake fluid flush as well as connectors for the front stabilizers. After giving the go ahead service team informed me I needed rear brake pads and a brake fluid flush as well as connectors for the front stabilizers. After giving the go ahead and a substantial upcharge, I left feeling good about the repairs/service. A week later the brakes are squealing very loud continuously and there is a distinct burning rubber smell. It's obviously an indication of bad service. The vehicle has problems that were non-existent when I took it to Dick Norris More

Quite a few items found in bad need of replacement discovered when looking for problem with Battery Light coming on intermittently. When alternator pulled for inspection, found cracked radiator, bad a discovered when looking for problem with Battery Light coming on intermittently. When alternator pulled for inspection, found cracked radiator, bad alternator, both front axels broken at seals causing car to drive unevenly. After completing all recommended repairs, car drives like new. As usual, Lenny looked after us and we are back on the road. More
