Born in Cicero, IL. Raised in Waukesha, WI over 40 years with a family-owned and operated car care center. I married my best friend Christina and have an amazing little boy named Renzo. I have a great passion to help people stemming from our strong Italian family values. I am very dedicated to my family and career, always working to be the best of my abilities. In my spare time, I love taking my family on adventures with simple trips to the zoo or even big road trips. I love animals of all kinds especially horses. Everyone was courteous and efficient if getting the info from your car. Even with this covid the waiting area is social distance. While making the appointment I requested a loaner and was denied even tho the insurance would pay for it. Sat in the waiting room from 7:05 to 7:35 waiting for the “shuttle” driver to arrive to take me to wo denied even tho the insurance would pay for it. Sat in the waiting room from 7:05 to 7:35 waiting for the “shuttle” driver to arrive to take me to work. I was supposed to start at 7:00am. I then made arrangements to be picked up at 3:30pm. It was not until 4:42 when the shuttle finally arrived. Again, apparently he was sent to retrieve a part instead of picking me up. I was never contacted to confirm that I was ready at 3:30 or even a courtesy call to say ,hey our driver is tied up for a minute. I could have stayed punched in at work to make up for the hour I missed in the morning. More

This is my third lease with Boucher Nissan of Waukesha. Each time I have been very happy with their treatment of me and my husband. We just leased our third Sentra.
