Bought a truck with a “certified preowned” stamp on it. First issue was the seatbelt was ripped in half so I’m not sure how it passed a certified inspection let alone a New York State inspection. Next was when I went to change my oil and the shop wouldn’t touch the oil pan because it was so rotted and leaking, it knocked every time I hit a bump as well. Then I contacted service several times and was finally able to secure an appt where I was told to drop it off in the am and they needed to take pictures of the oil pan and that it would be quick and to pick the truck up at 4. I expressed multiple times that I needed the truck at 4 to get my children and was told it wouldn’t be a problem, I show up at 4 and was told “we haven’t even got it on the lift yet” so after arguing they finally go outside and take pictures of the oil pan and come back and hand me my keys, I leave and when I get on the highway I notice my hood shaking, so I pull over and realize they left the hood open. I tell the service manager and he says “oh, sorry”. And then it took 3 months to get an appt to replace the oil pan and front strut, I say “do I need a ride or a loaner” and once again I’m told “no it’ll be done by the end of the day” well 4 days later I still didn’t have my truck and they told me they had to finish the alignment. Mi pick it up on the 5th day just to get on the highway and have my steering wheel point to the left and the truck pull to the left, I touch my steering wheel and notice oil on the steering wheel, inside door handles, and center console so I pull over and walk around the truck and notice oil hand prints on my hood, bumper, rear bumper, tailgate and driver side door handle. I contact service again and am told “sorry, he did the best he could” and then I get under the truck and notice that the same old oil filter was on it, so when they did the oil pan and changed the oil, they left the old filter on it. I call again and I’m told it was because the tech had a order for a oil pan change and not a oil change… this place is a disgrace. I’ll never shop here again. More
