Bought a new car September. Needed a battery in December. Charged $400. It's a 2022 so the 3 yr warranty ran out. I think a new battery should have been installed. Also charged on my credit card and was hit with a fee on top of the $400. I thought only fees were charged on debit cards? More

My experience with the dealership is okay, I purchased my Buick from Depaula Ford about 10 months ago, when I go in for service they tend to get confused and I have to tell them that I bought my Buick thru D Buick from Depaula Ford about 10 months ago, when I go in for service they tend to get confused and I have to tell them that I bought my Buick thru Depaula Ford, I purchased my extended warranty through Depaula Ford as well, which is Zurich premium and for whatever reason the computer system that they have in the service department doesn't match what they have in the finance department. So a couple of times I've had an issue with that but the overall service has always been decent More
