This dealership and its people continue to impress and go above and beyond. Lenny was stupendous. Due to a schedule change of mine I showed up over an hour early for my 1000 appointment. They were very bu above and beyond. Lenny was stupendous. Due to a schedule change of mine I showed up over an hour early for my 1000 appointment. They were very busy and he told me that I may be there for at least 2 hours. He ended up working my truck into the flow and my service was completed and I was out before 1000. This is the kind of service I have enjoyed every time I have shown up. I give DePaula Ford my highest recommendation. Trust me! More

Service cost at Depaula has become absurd. I was quoted $6400 for a new water pump and tires. This is ridiculous. A slap in the face. I might as well buy a new car… I’ve been going to Depaula/ I was quoted $6400 for a new water pump and tires. This is ridiculous. A slap in the face. I might as well buy a new car… I’ve been going to Depaula/Orange Ford for 30 years, bought numerous cars there, but will no longer be returning there for vehicles or service. Prices there are just insane. And no one cares. Prices just keep going up. Used to be able to go there, get service, and not worry about having to take out a loan or pay two months salary for a car repair. Despicable. I plan to tell everyone I know to avoid DePaul Ford for service. Complete ripoff. More

The service department is awesome Lenny always goes the extra mile for customer service. They are always polite and courteous despite how busy they are. Last month I had a devastating to me event happen in that my transmission blew and I found myself without a car. From the beginning of my day at Depaula’s of hearing that my 10 year old car could either b my transmission blew and I found myself without a car. From the beginning of my day at Depaula’s of hearing that my 10 year old car could either be fixed at great cost or traded in, to me driving off at the end of the next day in a leased hybrid Escape, I can save every person whom I dealt with was cheerful and genuinely wanted to help me. Luis in the Service Dept is always my first go to person. He gets my car to where it needs to be. I apologize but I think it was Troy(?) in the Service Dept who arranged a rental car for me to have for 2 days until I could make a decision about what to do with my car and what came next. Then came Justin Dwyer who helped with the buy out of the old car. Then I spent with Glen Cummings who patiently answered all of my questions about leasing a car with/without option to buy, reviewed vehicles available for choice and basically spent hours with me till I could make a decision. He also said to me, “Call me if you have any problems so I can take care of it.” I knew I was in good hands. Then came Laurie who explained the financial aspect of Leasing a car. And last but not least Gavin patiently sat in the SUV with me and reviewed the console, hooked my cell to the phone, etc. All of these people mentioned I cannot thank enough for their kindness and expertise in their area. More
