After a service misunderstanding. Lenny Farnam not only remembered the incident and myself but went out of his way to correct the issue. Both he and Crystal Blackman professionalism was outstanding. Not only were they both efficient and professional in resolving the issue they each exhibited a rare personal and human side which is so lacking in interacting with customers. Excellent service! Got my oil changed and vehicle looked over in a fast timely manner. Everyone who I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I enjoy bringing my car in. I dropped off a fleet car approximately 1/22/21 for a review on the battery, the charging system, and review on the alignment as the car was pulling to one side. I never heard anything until I actually c review on the battery, the charging system, and review on the alignment as the car was pulling to one side. I never heard anything until I actually called nearly a month later. I did get busy and granted should have called earlier, but I would have thought the dealer would have the responsibility to call themselves. The only reason why I'm giving this 2 stars instead of 1 star is because the service tech (I believe it was Lenny?) that took the call and handled the situation was courtesy and professional about looking into why the car sat for so long and had no follow up phone calls. I'm a reasonable person and understand things happen, but not hearing anything is really inexcusable. More

I went in for a NYS inspection and oil change. It took almost 2 hours and they didn't even inspect my car.And wanted to have me spend 1000 dollars on 4 new tires. Took the car to my friends shop and ended almost 2 hours and they didn't even inspect my car.And wanted to have me spend 1000 dollars on 4 new tires. Took the car to my friends shop and ended up paying 500.This is not the 1st bad thing that has happened to me there. More
