He walked me through all of the available vehicles, purchase/lease options and then showed me all the cars highlighting features of the cars/models and years (2018 v. 2017). I was very happy with the choice I ultimately made because I felt it was an educated decision with NO pressure. This process took me 30 days and Lenny was always there with answers. When we had to engage the Manager, Jim Castello he was also a total gentleman and forthright in our conversations. The staff at the dealership that prepped the car and gave me my "training" on the car's equipment were great too. More

This was because I was fed up with the poor service in NYC MB service workshops. So I casually shopped around. At Catena, I was impressed with Lenny's excellent customer service. I was convinced by Lenny to continue with MB. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my decision and he did not pressure me unlike the sales staff in other MB agencies that I patronized. Lenny is also very approachable even after sales unlike the other agents. I am glad that Catena not only has friendly staff in its service workshop, but also competent sales personnel like Lenny.
