My first visit was on July 15, 2026 to look at a 2022 Mercedes-AMG CLA 35 that had already been listed for sale on the dealership's website for over a month. To my surprise, the vehicle wasn't even ready to be shown. The wheels had been removed because they were being repaired, the front bumper was heavily scuffed, the "T" was missing from the Turbo badge, and the car couldn't even be test driven. I left expecting the vehicle would be properly reconditioned soon. I returned on July 26, 2026, nearly two weeks later, expecting the vehicle to finally be ready. It still wasn't. Despite that, there was continued pressure to leave a deposit on a vehicle I had never been able to drive. Unfortunately, the sales experience became even worse. During the appraisal of my trade, the salesperson Daymond asked, "What are you looking to do?" I replied that I was "trying to get a better deal." He immediately stopped and questioned my response in a way that made me feel like I had said something wrong. I actually asked him, "Was that the wrong thing to say?" and he responded, "Yeah." When I explained that comparable vehicles with more miles and fewer options were selling for more money elsewhere and asked if he could take a look, his response was, "That's not my job. My job is to sell the cars that are here." The conversation became unnecessarily confrontational when he then asked me, "Did you come here to argue with me?" At that point, I requested to continue the process with the sales manager instead. The sales manager was professional. Unfortunately, the finance process created another issue when my credit application was submitted with incorrect employment information, including the wrong length of employment and incorrect previous employer. Those errors affected the financing process and should never happen when someone is making such a significant financial decision. Another thing that stood out was the repeated emphasis on "market value" when discussing my trade-in, while there seemed to be little acknowledgment that the dealership prices its own inventory aggressively as well. Every additional $1,000 they considered adding to my trade allowance up to about $2,000 was presented as though they were doing me a personal favor rather than simply negotiating a fair deal. I understand every dealership needs to make a profit, and I respect that. What I don't respect is advertising vehicles that aren't ready to be shown, encouraging customers to leave deposits on cars they haven't been able to test drive, confrontational communication, and inaccurate handling of a customer's financial information. I expected a much higher level of professionalism from a Mercedes-Benz dealership. More

Our recent travels to Union Mercedes-Benz was clearly to work with Lenny again. We are repeat customers. We passed two MB showrooms on the way. I had an outstanding experience working with Lenny at Mercedes-Benz, and I can’t recommend him enough. From the moment I walked in, he was attentive, communicative, and just genuinely easy to work with. The whole process felt smooth and respectful, which, if you’ve been to a few luxury dealerships, you know isn’t always the case. One thing that really stood out to me is something I personally look for. I have my own “hoodie and sweats test” for customer service. I came in dressed super casual on purpose, and Lenny didn’t judge me for a second. Same level of professionalism, same level of attention from start to finish. That mattered to me, and it showed in how the entire experience played out all the way through closing. On top of that, he really knows his stuff. He walked me through everything in a way that actually made sense, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt good about the decision. It never felt like he was trying to push me into anything. End to end, just a clean, well-run experience. If you want someone who’s sharp, respectful, and easy to work with, Lenny’s your guy. I’d 100% work with him again and will be sending people his way. More

I was very disappointed with some of the challenges from the first run of the current C class model and I had actually purchased a car and was going to end my relationship with Mercedes and Ray Catena. However, the dealership was great at helping me to understand the shifts in production since Covid and truly honored my long time loyalty with the brand. Not only did I get a great deal, I got a beautiful ride. Im looking forward to smooth rides with this beauty. More
