We left our car for service at 7am, and picked it up at 5:30. The car was forgotten about and untouched. We called several times during the day to check it's status only to be told someone would call us ba 5:30. The car was forgotten about and untouched. We called several times during the day to check it's status only to be told someone would call us back however no one ever called. We had a 40 minute commute each way. Total waste of a day. More
