Leny in service was AMAZING. I thought he made my experience better by being super friendly, thorough and efficient. Herb Chambers , this guy is a keeper and by far the nicest guy in service. I wasn’t really too impressed by the others who seemed too busy at acknowledge me. We left our car for service at 7am, and picked it up at 5:30. The car was forgotten about and untouched. We called several times during the day to check it's status only to be told someone would call us ba 5:30. The car was forgotten about and untouched.
