Same great customer service a year later! After becoming part of the Jessup family a year ago the level of customer service has been top notch. I get notified when my car needs a oil change et After becoming part of the Jessup family a year ago the level of customer service has been top notch. I get notified when my car needs a oil change etc, As usual the service team goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled before I even get there. I’ve had Leo the last few times I had my car serviced and he always makes sure everything goes smooth. Braulio always makes sure everything is taken care of as well. Knowing I’ve had some Interest in the new XT6 he let me take it while my car was being worked on, I was blown away on how smooth the car drove, I thought it might be to bulky for me and feel heavy but it was the opposite, I highly recommend checking out that SUV if you’re looking for something with more seating. It was extremely comfortable, not to mention the AC seats! A huge plus. There’s something to be said about receiving the same great treatment and customer service as you do the same day you buy the car. More

Leo consistently goes above and beyond every time! We have had the pleasure of being loyal Jessup Auto Plaza clients for over 5 years. From the first telephone contact with their receptionist, Raquel, We have had the pleasure of being loyal Jessup Auto Plaza clients for over 5 years. From the first telephone contact with their receptionist, Raquel, the professionalism is apparent, and is consistent in every department - sales, service, parts - and at every level. We are in the transportation industry and our vehicles ARE our bread and butter. While appointments are a breeze to schedule, Jessup personnel are sensitive to the fact that if our wheels aren't rolling, we're not generating revenue. Our vehicles are serviced promptly, and they are just as attentive when we've had an issue that was urgent, as when our A/C switch failed mid-summer. We presented without an appt and they had our vehicle back on the road in a matter of a few hours! I also need to throw out special kudos to OUR service rep, Leo. Time and time again, he has been right there walking the path with us, consistently going above and beyond. While there are other choices in the Coachella Valley from whom to test drive, purchase AND service your GM product, having now dealt with them all, there is no comparison. Jessup Auto Plaza will always be our ONLY choice, hands down! More

Tech service review I came in to get my vehicle serviced and the tech guys were blowing me off. They did not take the time to check wires. fuses. Ect. Really unhelpful. No doubt, I’ll buy my next car here too!! I used to hate everything about the process of buying a car. In the past, at other dealerships, I felt rushed and pressured by the sales staff, the pr I used to hate everything about the process of buying a car. In the past, at other dealerships, I felt rushed and pressured by the sales staff, the price/interest negotiation was awful, and it seemed like they were purposely taking their time so I would just give up and agree to their terms. My experience at Jessup was a dream compared to what I’ve gone through before. I feel like the sales staff really listened to me. I could tell they thoughtfully considered what I wanted in a car and then gave me several options that would’ve worked. I looked at used and new cars, took several out for test drives, and never felt pressured or hurried in any way. I even left to take my wife to lunch and when I got back, we picked up right where we left off. I ended up getting a steal of a deal on a 2018 Chevy Traverse and I couldn’t be happier! More

Great experience Sales representative was extremely nice. Stuff was all Around friendly.
