This was my first time getting my vehicle serviced, and I was disappointed with the customer service I received. Maybe there was a shortage of staff, but I was never acknowledged, meaning “we’ll be right wit was disappointed with the customer service I received. Maybe there was a shortage of staff, but I was never acknowledged, meaning “we’ll be right with or “hello” or directing me to the right area. My request to check my air filter was ignored by the technician. My vehicle wasn’t washed, and a personal item was moved even though it wasn’t in the way of servicing my vehicle. After writing a bad review, the service manager sent a mobile technician to check my air filters. My cabin air filter was filthier than the main one. The technician replaced them both. I didn’t realize my clogged air filter was affecting my vehicle’s AC flow. I just wish my request to check the air filter would have been done without question! I felt like I had to convince everyone that my air filters needed to be checked. More

Car owners need advisor like Leo and the whole team in general. We never expected that they will still give us the special warranty/ies even if it’s obviously a clear money for the company since our car i general. We never expected that they will still give us the special warranty/ies even if it’s obviously a clear money for the company since our car is already past the supposedly warranty that we know of. If there was any, at least they’ve been very honest to give it to us. So thankful that our expectations did not happen which was, we will be paying a lot of money. More

Took my Suburban in for basic service but the next day after getting it back I found transmission fluid pooled up underneath the vehicle. Leo my service advisor was very apologetic and immediately sent after getting it back I found transmission fluid pooled up underneath the vehicle. Leo my service advisor was very apologetic and immediately sent for a tow truck to bring it back to the dealership. He then arranged for a rental car. Soon after that, it was determined the technician overfilled the transmission fluid. They fixed it and I was on my way. Sometimes in business problems are gonna happen, but it’s what you do about the problem that counts. More
