However, I had never actually purchased a Lexus from Earnhardt until several weeks ago. I couldn't be more pleased. Sales & Leasing Consultant Leo Suhargo was over-the-top exceptional, from start-to-finish.He continually went out of his way to provide the information I needed quickly and efficiently, without pressuring me to make a decision. Leo even gave me a loaner overnight, so I could test drive my favorite model in real-life situations. The one time Leo was unavailable, he set me up with Mike Testani, who was equally helpful. The icing on the cake was that Tim Kocsis was able to put together a "head-turning" deal that significantly beat the offers I had received from several other local Lexus dealerships. So when it came time to write the check, the choice was obvious. Unmatched service. Attractive "let's do this" pricing. And an amazing new Lexus that I love beyond words. Leo was our sales person and he was able to help us get into a used Lexus RX350. He was able to turn around a bad situation into a happy one. We originally came there because we were told the car we saw online was available only to find out when we got there that it had just been sold. We were upset because we thought they pulled the old "bait and switch" but Leo and his manager were able to get us into an even better car for an even better deal. They apologized profusely and did their best to rectify the situation. In the end we left extremely pleased and satisfied. You can tell these people care about their customers and their customer service ratings! We will definitely be purchasing our second vehicle through them. Cannot recommend this dealership enough. If you want great customer service and a good deal come to Earnhardt Lexus and ask for LEO SUHARGO! =) More
