I also had the regular oil service since I already had 5,000 mile on the vehicle since the purchase. The sells staff Mathew and Branden also followed up with me to make sure I was still satisfied with the vehicle and that my issue was being taken care of. Very good follow/up by all involved. The loaner car is filled up waiting for you with full tank of gas, even was warmed up in the morning, so one does not have to get in a cold car.
