I was in for reg svs I had purchased the 5 Oil Chg special awhile ago! I have a 4 runner this svc appt required whatever you do at 43,000 miles plus tire rotation, oil chg was not required this trip! So I questioned why it was done! He curtly said its done every time I come in whether or not its needed with the package I purchased!! Not what I was told when I purchased the package!! I am going to call Toyota corporate to verify that! More
