I always leave 2 stars because if you leave 1 it get's deleted. THIS IS ONE STAR SERVICE SHOP!! I've had 3 issue's with Toyota Westmont. I leave a bad review and they beg for a call back. First one, I was deleted. THIS IS ONE STAR SERVICE SHOP!! I've had 3 issue's with Toyota Westmont. I leave a bad review and they beg for a call back. First one, I was told a job wwould only be short I could wait. Hours later that wasn't the case. Second, a service writer flat out lied to me about over $3000,00 worth of work I needed. I got a second opinion to find Toyota of Westmont was wrong. They reviewed the work by the tech and the phone call he made to me. They admitted he flat out lied. No remedy to me for either mistake. A free service, an oil change. Nothing. Last Chance I come in for a simple oil change but ask for a teck to listen to a problem and then ask to speak to the tech. They tell "Oh sure no problem". When the work is done the service writer starts walking me to the cashier. I ask what about talking to the technician. He said he didn't remember talking about that but they move from job to job and he's busy! IF YOU GO HERE YOU"VE BEEN WARNED More

Great service from the service advisor Leonid. However, when I got home after having my tires rotated, I developed a flat from a slow leak on the side of the tire over the weekend. This leak was not present when I took the car in and drove the vehicle straight home and parked it in the garage. I suggest that you check the service area for sharp objects that the tire may rest against during rotation. More
