Costumer friendly and fast.. Two years ago we bought our 2014 4 Runner from here. That was already a pleasant experience and ofcourse it helps that carshopping is a fun experience. Getting your car serviced is not always as fun ofcourse but my experience has been great sofar. Yesterday went for our 20,000 MLS service and it was painless from beginning to end. I arrived at the service department without an appointment and spoke to Leroy. Very nice guy with great costumer service skills. He explained exactly what the service was going to be and gave me a time indication as to when I could expect the car to be done. I received a phonecall as soon as my car was done without being rushed to pick it up. When I arrived for pick up Leroy had everything ready to go. He knew who I was and explained what was done to the car. I'm aware that this may not seem like a big deal as far as the vehicle service itself goes but the costumer interaction is definitely a great example of how it should be. This place understands that costumer service goes a long way and the "after purchase" experience is just a important if not more so than the purchase experience itself. After visiting Toyota dealerships allover the world while being active duty, I can definitely say that this dealership is top notch. More

Best Car Place I've Ever Benn To- Period! Last Saturday, my car stopped 4 times in a mile on Hwy 17, and I drove in smoking hot and clattering into the service lane. Leroy jumped right out to Last Saturday, my car stopped 4 times in a mile on Hwy 17, and I drove in smoking hot and clattering into the service lane. Leroy jumped right out to assist me. I was very upset, and he took the time to make sure I was okay, to cheer me up, and to offer me water, etc. before moving onto my car. He remained in touch with my father and I throughout the entire week to ensure everything was taken care of on all ends. There was nothing to do but to get a new car, so I was fortunate to meet even more amazing people at Fred Anderson. Lauren from the Internet met me at the dealership after speaking with my dad, and she introduced me to Shane. Shane helped me with everything from looking at used cars to new cars. Shane even stayed with me multiple nights at the dealership until almost 11 PM so that I could look at everything I wanted and needed, and that would fit in my budget. Buying a new car is a huge decision, and I could not have done it without Shane's help! Bill in finance was excellent, and fully explained everything to me. I loved that my dad, 9 hours agway, could be a part of my car buying process, and Shane, Leroy, Bill, and Lauren all were more than happy to take additional time to speak to both of us. I have never had a service and or car buying experience like I had at Fred Anderson, and as long as I am local I will not go anywhere else! I would recommend Fred Anderson to those looking for a new car or even those who just need an oil change! Leroy, Shane, Bill, and Lauren were not in this for the money- they are in it to help people, and I have never met people like that in the car business; 10 STARS IF I COULD GIVE THAT MANY! More

Brent was our sales person this time and I am pleased to offer that he was on Our purchase of a Highlander was our second vehicle from Fred Anderson. Brent was our sales person this time and I am pleased to offer that he was one of the best sales associates that we have ever dealt with. Very knowledgeable of the vehicle, extremely pleasant to work with and of most important to us, he spoke with us, not at us! Never made us feel hurried or pressured the discussion. We walked away feeling we worked together it reach a decision that was a Win Win. It never felt like a negotiation. More

Charleston Toyota because Fred Anderson didn't have one available & tried there service department in N Charleston one time. Once again was not happy with N Charleston Toyota! Then this week went back to Fred Anderson & received great service, been using this dealership for the last 25 years. More
