Great Experience The first person I interacted with was named David he was very personal and kind he quickly got all the information he needed and sent me to Les, Les The first person I interacted with was named David he was very personal and kind he quickly got all the information he needed and sent me to Les, Les was VERY accommodating through the whole process allowing me to text him with any questions I had, and emailing documents needed very respectful of my time.He was quick to tell me what items he needed from me, but was never pushy. Travell did a great job communicating what we were doing and what the next step would be while I was at the dealership. He also made sure that I was comfortable with all the feature of the car and offered to help me set up the blue tooth which I thought was very kind. I didn’t feel pressured or overwhelmed one time throughout the process it was quick and painless. Les Saunders and Travell Wilson are by far the Best!! More

I found the vehicle on-line that I thought it met my needs. Talked to Les on the phone and then came in to test drive the vehicle. Ronnie worked with me to explain the van and the past history the vehicle had. Les worked the deal that was right at my budget and made the process smooth and easy. Less than 24 hours later, I have a tech behind the wheel and heading to a customer installation. Not a number My husband was in an accident of some sort a few days before Christmas and although we had another vehicle we needed another one so the first place we My husband was in an accident of some sort a few days before Christmas and although we had another vehicle we needed another one so the first place we looked was Bob Sight Ford and they took us through the ringer because of our credit but approved us finally for a car we disapproved of, nice car but was too small for our family. And on top of that requested for us to put 1,000 down for down payment. I'm thinking its a few days before Christmas and didn't care much for the car already which added to our stress. So I'm thinking " I know our credit is crap but come on I paid off 2 cars in the past 3 years and my husband and I work too hard to not get what we want or whats best for us." We have two teen girls so that car just didn't work for us. We were looking for a mid sized SUV. Well needless to say we had two great friends that referred us to Olathe Dodge because they like us also had a great experience with purchasing their vehicle. So we went through Olathe Dodge and was approved for a fine looking vehicle and on top of that didn't have to put nothing down. Our salesmen were absolutely fantastic, Les Saunders and Richard "RB"Brown. Those guys were great and a blessing. Olathe Dodge didn't look at us as a number or credit score but as hard working people that is wanting to better our circumstances They knew exactly what we needed. So happy with our purchase.
