Russ Darrow Honda is an amazing and consistent business that keeps the customer in mind. Always clean, friendly and helpful making the experience memorable. During times of a pandemic when everyone is worried about getting sick they ensure that everyone has on a mask, that hand sanitizer is available and they constantly wipe down high traffic areas. I am thoroughly impressed each and every time I step through the door. My salesperson Lesia Matthis always goes far above and beyond to ensure that my needs are met and questions throughly answered. She even follows up after the sale is complete and on a scheduled out of the office day. Her customer service skills never cease to exceed expectations. My husband and I inquired online about a Certified My husband and I inquired online about a Certified vehicle. We then called and talked to a salesman to insure the car was as clean as the pictures l My husband and I inquired online about a Certified vehicle. We then called and talked to a salesman to insure the car was as clean as the pictures looked since we were going to be making a 6 hour drive to come buy it. They insured us that it was and everything on their lot was pristine. After making the 6 hour drive, their were cigarette burns in both seats and the car reeked of smoke. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Very disappointed and much time wasted!!!! More
