I have had good dealings usually, but my last visit was less than savory. I went in for a scheduled oil change and ended up being there almost three hours. I was there almost an hour before my car was ev less than savory. I went in for a scheduled oil change and ended up being there almost three hours. I was there almost an hour before my car was even taken back. The manager finally came out to see about me after almost two hours to which I was informed that a callback maintenance was being performed. Nobody told me ahead of the part being installed. I guess they just assumed I had nothing more to do. Then I had clearly stated that I only wanted an oil change. They did a tire rotation and balance even though I told her no when she asked initially. Then I was charged for the service that I didn't ask for. The guy tried to take the charge off, but only took 10.00 off the bill so I ended up paying over a hundred dollars for a simple oil change. This is NOT an isolated incident. I was complaining about having wasted my only off day that week to a coworker and he told me he had gone through the same thing when he got his oil changed. When asked where he had gone, it was the same dealership. The manager who checked on me was really nice and that was the best part of my experience! More

There was a recall on my trunk latch, well my trunk latch broke and they were able to get me in 3 days later. The process was easy and they took good care of me. I also got an oil change and they washed my c broke and they were able to get me in 3 days later. The process was easy and they took good care of me. I also got an oil change and they washed my car and vacuumed it as well as letting me know what condition my car was in overall. Most places don’t do all that so it was very nice ;) and to top it all off.. i only waited for maybe an hour and a half! More
