Jeremy was awesome but felt tech didn’t want to take care of my problem! My engine has gone out on me while driving and he said it hadn’t thrown a code but yet it showed on my screen. I have cancer and now I have to worry about it breaking down on me! Main Kia gave me a case number because the engine was supposedly fixed in 2019. Very frustrating because I was unaware of this.
