Recall was not completed despite me ordering part and confirming with Leslie - the service representative that it would be done along with oil change etc. upon check out, I asked again if everything was confirming with Leslie - the service representative that it would be done along with oil change etc. upon check out, I asked again if everything was completed and I was told yes. This was a lie. I only found out the recall repair was not complete when I got a message to make an appointment. I have not received any return phone call. I now do not trust that anything else was done properly either. Completely unacceptable. On a minor note, I was told the car outside was washed. When I got to the car it was clearly not washed. Again - I have no trust in this service team. More
