Needs more professional service writers. I was there for a oil change, tire rotation and 21 point inspection. Service writer charged me full price, I had a coupon which she forgot, I had to I was there for a oil change, tire rotation and 21 point inspection. I came in service department August 2023 regarding my 2022 sorrento . The trim on the windows turned a color and pictures were taken at which time I was told 24-48 I would receive a call from service to 2022 sorrento . I have been calling for some answers and left messages 5x. I’m very frustrated!!! Went back in January 30 they said sorry let’s try this again. Took more pictures and said 24-48 hours you’ll get a call back. It is now February 8 and I called to see why again I have not heard anything! No one answers the main number or service department leaving me frustrated again!!!!! More

I only heard excuses for the reason my appointment to install 2 pieces of trim on site (the pieces was missing when the car was sold to me) and to remove pinstriping glue. Appointment was scheduled for 8 install 2 pieces of trim on site (the pieces was missing when the car was sold to me) and to remove pinstriping glue. Appointment was scheduled for 830am, was told it would take no longer than 1 1/2 hrs. After the 1 1/2 hrs. I asked the advisor if my vehicle was done and the car hadn't even been seen at the time. 1230 pm car was "finished", glue was still on the car, but thankfully at least the the trim was installed. Very disappointed with customer service. More
