Overall good experience depending on the service representative. Olivia said I will get the free oil change if I give her the highest rating. She was a little standoffish with me. Disappointing service. Brought in for recall resolution, and all they did was change the oil, which was our secondary priority. Now we have to Return Again for the primary Brought in for recall resolution, and all they did was change the oil, which was our secondary priority. Now we have to Return Again for the primary reason we needed service at the dealership. And the coupon was not reflected in the invoice, so we had to request $15 refund. Very Sloppy. More
