Very disappointed with the service. I had an appointment for 9:30am to replace a latch on the lift gate. After an hour of waiting and them not getting it in for service, Leslie asked if I had an appointment for 9:30am to replace a latch on the lift gate. After an hour of waiting and them not getting it in for service, Leslie asked if they could give me a ride home. She advised she was not sure when they would get it in, it depended when a technician was available. She advised that most people drop it off and they work it in. This was the first I heard of this procedure. I am not sure why appointments are made as they do not honor them. This is not the first time. Every oil change takes about a hour and a half. You can see the service area from the waiting room so can tell when you vehicle goes in or out. It is usually 45 minutes to an hour before they even get it in for the oil change service. The oil change service takes them about 20 to 30 minutes to complete. Again I do not know why you make appointments if they are not honored. I also understand that on some occasions they run behind, but not an hour or longer every time. This dealership is 3 miles from my house, but I will have to go to another dealer farther away if this is the protocol. More
