The service center is beautiful and well equipped. The service took a bit long, but my understanding is it was because updates were needed. Staff were great with updates and very friendly. Unhelpful first contact with Service. "You will have to drop it off". Ok how about a loaner? "Can't guarantee you a loaner. We have a shuttle service". We had a 10:00 AM appointment and were a few minutes late. It took us 2 1/2 hours for service and that was because we were "moved to the front of the line". At our previous service, we had tire pressu late. It took us 2 1/2 hours for service and that was because we were "moved to the front of the line". At our previous service, we had tire pressure in the right rear tire at 21 psi. It was checked and it was "ok". It was down to 21 psi the day before this last appointment, so we filled it to 37 psi. Turns out there was a nail in the tire which service tech removed and is fine. The appointment was for installation of rear mud guards, which had not been ordered when we had the front mud guards installed last time. Ron told us there would be no labor charge for the installation this time. Ron was not there on Saturday, and we were charged for the labor for the install. We knew we owed for the parts, but should not have been charged for the install. At least we got a $45 discount for the tire repair!! More
