I purchased a used vehicle from your dealership. The salesperson Leslie Solomon was an all around gentleman and a great guy. Easy going, low pressure, and fairly knowledgable. I must add that the receptionist in the showroom... I think her name was Georgia, was awesome. Polite...greeted me, helped me find a salesperson, etc. While there, I saw her in action. She seemed to take care of everything!! I can assure you, whatever you are paying her it is not enough. Outside of that, I realize that your dealership is going through some changes... but the one word that sums it up for me is CHAOS. Holy cow! It seemed that everything was happening all around me and all at the same time. As you can understand with your current situation, the parking sucks. I almost drove away! However, I did go inside, and did make a fair deal on the vehicle I wanted. It was prepared, clean and ready to go as promised. So, I would say that it was a win/win for both of us. I hope this helps you somewhat. It's not a bad review, and I realize that you are in the process of improving your dealership. I did come on a Saturday, which I'm sure is probably a busier than average day. More
