Today I had the best car buying experience of my life. I went to DCH Honda's website, found a vehicle I liked and reached out to the dealer and told them I wanted a quick easy transparent transaction, wha I went to DCH Honda's website, found a vehicle I liked and reached out to the dealer and told them I wanted a quick easy transparent transaction, what would I was looking for in terms of a lease payments, terms, money factor, residual value etc and not only did they get me what I was looking for but also guided me in terms of the different options (36 or 39 months, which bank to get the lease with) and what they would recommend. They then set an appointment for me and sent me text alerts. I also got reminders and was able to text back saying that I would be late they then texted back asking what time I would like to come. I then gave them a new time and also asked them if I could have someone look at my trade in vehicle immediately And they said yes, no problem. I also asked them to make sure that they held a specific stock number aside for me. I was really worried that when I got there, I would experience a bait and switch And that the person I spoke with, would not be there. The second I got there I told him I had an appointment and I asked if I could speak with the general manager. The general manager (Wael Yunes) came out and greeted me and was extremely kind. He then handed me off to a sales associate named Wasid Khan. I was honestly very nervous And thought it was gonna be a waste of time. Little did I know all the numbers were already worked out as we had discussed ans it turned out that Wasid Khan Is one of the top sales associates in all of New Jersey And honestly is a rockstar. I was at a Honda dealer and he truly made me feel like I was at a Bentley dealer getting a new Bentley. He walked me through every step had a big smile in his face and was so sincere and genuine. I wish every transaction could go like this. Thank you to Wasid, Wael, The awesome finance manager, John Medrano and the whole DCH honda team! I would go back and buy a car from Wasid in a heartbeat!! More

Staff is very attentive. I used Farmers.truecar.com to find a car to replace my totaled car. I found what I wanted at DCH and got a reasonable price.
