While scheduling my appt with Gabrielle she was argumentative and told me that I had a 2016i had advised her was a 2017. Even giving last 6 of the vin. She finally said she found it. When I arrive argumentative and told me that I had a 2016i had advised her was a 2017. Even giving last 6 of the vin. She finally said she found it. When I arrived at dealership I was welcome as a new customer. I have been going to Braman since 2007. I was advised by Lesly that one of the items that was recommended was just done at 38k advised only have 51k why was this recommended again. Couldn’t explain. Also was supposed to get 10 off the bill and wasn’t deducted so they had to call and make a new ticket. Very poor experience. More
