I brought the car in for services before a road trip, which I told the service person. When I got home I saw on the checklist that the air filter needed to be replaced. Why didn’t they do that while the which I told the service person. When I got home I saw on the checklist that the air filter needed to be replaced. Why didn’t they do that while the car was there? Now I have to make another trip to the dealer!! Also the tv in the waiting room was so loud I didn’t hear the phone call telling me my car was finished. Why didn’t the service person walk into the waiting room to tell me? Not happy with the lazy customer service. 👎🏻 More

I plan to find another mechanic. I paid almost $1000 for repairs and an inspection. The inspection found two light a were out but didn’t bother to fix the lights. Courteous, professional service, great communication throughout. Made appointment for preventative maintenance and technicians also took care of a recall issue. From start to finish my experience was outstanding. I was met with a greeter the moment I pulled in, which was a very nice touch. Les was phenomenal!
