I brought the car in for services before a road trip, which I told the service person. When I got home I saw on the checklist that the air filter needed to be replaced. Why didn’t they do that while the which I told the service person. When I got home I saw on the checklist that the air filter needed to be replaced. Why didn’t they do that while the car was there? Now I have to make another trip to the dealer!! Also the tv in the waiting room was so loud I didn’t hear the phone call telling me my car was finished. Why didn’t the service person walk into the waiting room to tell me? Not happy with the lazy customer service. 👎🏻 More

I plan to find another mechanic. I paid almost $1000 for repairs and an inspection. The inspection found two light a were out but didn’t bother to fix the lights. Courteous, professional service, great communication throughout. Made appointment for preventative maintenance and technicians also took care of a recall issue. From start to finish my experience was outstanding. I was met with a greeter the moment I pulled in, which was a very nice touch. Les was phenomenal! He checked me in and out quickly, kept me updated, and had my cars completed in no time. The best part is that he pronounced my name correctly every time we spoke. It may not seem like much, but it is something that is important to me. It shows a unique level of care that is very rare. We will definitely be using Bob Baker again and again. More
