Service department is terrible. Service writers seem to be in too much of a hurry to give good service. I gave my phone number to the service writer each time I’ve been there and my Service writers seem to be in too much of a hurry to give good service. I gave my phone number to the service writer each time I’ve been there and my phone number was still not in the system for them to call and let me know details about my car, before or after being worked on. The work that was done on my hitch install was sub par. They cut too much off my bumper so the plate they install that hides the cutout could not be attached to the bumper properly. It was just blowing off from the wind. This is a very expensive brand new car and I don’t want sub par work being done on it. I would have preferred them to replace the bumper and start over. The guy told me they are in a learning curve with that install as it is new. I guess they should be trained better? It should not go back out to the customer like that. When I picked up my car my seat and steering wheel were not even near where they were previously set. I don’t have automatic reset so that was kind of a bummer. My car has a scrape on the bumper that it did not have before I took it there that day. I called the Manager and left a message regarding this as soon as I saw it when I got home. I was unable to just return to the shop or I would have. As of yet, I have not heard back from Mr. Amiable. I have not ever had a car as nice as this car. I was definitely expecting more from my service department. More

Julian went above and beyond to turn me away. I explained my concern to the receptionist when I scheduled my appointment, arrived a bit early on the day of the appointment, and after explaining m I explained my concern to the receptionist when I scheduled my appointment, arrived a bit early on the day of the appointment, and after explaining my concern to Julian, he made every attempt to rationalize why it shouldn't be taken seriously. Absolute disappointment. My expectations were lowered when I arrived and the manager, Lester walked out of his office with a loopy look on his face and verbally expressed his frustration about how all of his service workers were MIA. One last thing, Julian ended every sentence with "man". I get it, you feel comfortable around me, but please show the customer some respect. More

I waited 3 hours for my car before asking for an update. I was told they needed to find someone to look at it. 3 hours and you haven’t even found someone to look at it? “That’s why I asked you if it was I was told they needed to find someone to look at it. 3 hours and you haven’t even found someone to look at it? “That’s why I asked you if it was a drop off” - one of the service providers. I said “I’m dropping it off for an appointment at 10am.” Communication is clearly lacking here. He said “I didn’t even know you were still here.” I get that you're focused but I was sitting in the service lobby watching him deal with every other customer that came in after me. I understand waiting at dealerships is normal, but 3 hours and I have to be the one to check in on the status of my car? Finally at 4:45pm they called me… giving me 15 minutes to respond before they close. Ridiculous. Communication is key, and I wouldn't have been as upset as I was had they communicated the actual wait time. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if you're just going to take the whole day before even looking at my car? Just a bummer. I was reached out to after this review and they handled it great. Again, communication fixes things. More
